Is there a plastic/poly version available somewhere so I don't scratch up a <9 month paved asphalt driveway?

There was a thread on this once if I remember correctly- the OP had issues with it shattering/cracking I think.

Mounted the cutting edge today. It was fun in 5 degree temps. I tried starting the ole girl up but it was so cold and the battery hadn't been put on the charger it turned over reaaaaaaaaal slow and never did catch.






I'm not super upset about the paint, but I'm not pleased about it either. I've had enough fun guessing which wear edge would work in the past few years I'm finally feeling optimistic about this one.

Hey thanks, I try to take care of it. I look at it like if you take care of it, it will take care of you. (at least a good ole machine like this one.) It's gonna need a rebuild sooner rather than later, but that's OK.

Verdict is out on this cutting edge. We finally got about 3 inches of snow last night (followed immediately by rain- never pushed snow in the rain before) and it works great. Cuts the snow/ice right down to the concrete, which is something I've never had in the past with whatever cutting edge combination I've had. I know I've only used it once, but I like it. Aaron gets my vote for a good product.

Pushing snow while it's raining will teach you to hate, BTDT. At least you got it plowed before it turned to a solid block of ice.
