i actually thought it to be a pain in the a@# for storage reasons all attached myself...i cut the bar out, fried 2 drill bushings in the holes in the blade, and just made 2 pins out of shoulder bolts with the threads cut off and a little hole for a snap pin...i can take a pic if youd like???

I haven't messed with it yet.. was really looking for an excuse to buy an oxy-acetylene setup and welder eventually for now, I'll see if MAPP gas will get it hot enough to bend.

i actually thought that to be one of the worst engineering short comings on an implement thats so simple.....but it doesnt matter what i think really...

I ground the welds off mine and then re welded it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
