Default Tune Up by PB Blaster

Hello
I was doing my spring cleaning and maintenance on the 982 & 782 today and while buying some filters, oil etc... I saw a spray can that said Tune Up by PB Blaster, I followed the directions and after using this and clearing the smoke away and a few dashes of Marvel Mystry Oil in the carburetor and oil the two cubs are running smooth as silk. The 982 was surging badly when I used it yesterday and the 782 seemed slow to get idle up. Now they really run great. My 104 has been sitting for a while with little run time and ran roughly when I finally got the gas to flow through well I pulled out the canof Tune Up and worked it in the carburetor and now it runs great. I'm sure I'm beating another dead horse But I wanted to say I think this is a great product.

Thats good stuff. Use it like starting fluid only wont harm the engine. It can be used on ANY engine. It will smoke alot but that is normal until it burns away.

Default Lawn Mower Tune Up

Here is a picture of the can, you spray directly in to the cylinders and it also works well in the carburetor

PB Blaster Lawn Mower Tune-Up

I think it works by burning off the carbon in the combustion chamber. I've seen it at TSC before, but have never used it.

More info here, just scroll down.

I wonder if it's Sea Foam in a different can.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
