Default cc specialties

Anyone ever order parts from CC Specialties? I placed an order 2 weeks ago, haven't heard anything from them, no e-mail with shipping info, no confirmation of order, nothing. I have e-mailed them 3 times, called every day for a week, no answer to e-mail, all I get when I call is answer machine, leave my number, no call back.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them. Maybe some emergency is going on in his life?

Thanks

CC Specialities is run by Charlie Proctor, know as digger. He also runs the IH Cub Cadet forum (http://www.ihcubcadet.com/cgi-bin/discus/discus.pl). I know he's been pretty sick the last couple of weeks and is now just starting to feel better. I would say that he's probably behind on getting orders out due to that.

I have talked with Charlie within the last couple of days. He and his wife picked a real nasty case of the Flu. He has been under the weather for about a week .He is just now recovering from it.

As stated before, give him some time to catch up. I am sure you will get your parts,

Default Missing parts

Let me preface this by saying that I run a WEB BASED BUSINESS!

Dan,
I received ONE email from you on the 23rd asking about your order.
I proceeded to check on it with UPS, which BTW can take up to 10 days!

UPS never found the original shipment.
SOOOOO, rather than have you wait any longer, I re-shipped the order today!

If your going to do business on the internet with internet based businesses, I suggest emailing and not posting to a public forum where the people reading it have nothing to do with it.

I can only assume that it was done to try and give me a bad name, which BTW, I could care less!

I ship no less than 40 boxes a day, 5 days a week and don't have time to reply to the 30 or 40 phone calls I get from people wanting freakin parts for a zero turn or a POS LT machine that they bought at a box store.

If anyone thinks I'm a jerk for blowing off steam like this, SO BE IT!

People run INTERNET BASED businesses to keep from setting on the phone all day, it's a matter of fact, DEAL WITH IT!

OK, I'm done now, LOL

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
