Next time I hear about "Global Warming" I'm gonna kill someone, 41 here this AM and my pool has cooled off 12 degrees in 2 days. I'm not a happy camper.

The new catch phrase is "climate change".
Next time somebody starts preaching on that, I'm sticking a broom up their south side when they're looking north so they can multitask |

Second year in a row that Mid Michigan has had a temperature below the normal average. Only two days for the 2015 summer that it actually hit 90°. It sure put a dampening effect on the A/C service these past two years.

I'm thinking about a heater and a Hottie to serve cocktails. Not sure the wife would go along with the Hottie part.

I for one welcome the cooler weather. Just seeded last week and keeping 10,000 sq feet of seed moist in 89 degree weather with no irrigation system is a huge PITA.

Got down to 42 here last night, we had to run the heaters in the kids rooms. On the plus side since I'm mowing with the 1440 I can go ahead and mount the plow on the 108 and be ready for snow earlier than I've ever been.

Thats where the pool boy comes into play- to keep her occupied so she dont notice the the "HOTTIE" in the string bikini and fuzzie ear muffs!! My wife actually turned the furnace on this morning before getting ready for work!! And left me a note telling me to pick up the woodstove pipe i need to get that up and running. But that professional liar on tv last night said its suppost to be in mid to high 70's today?? Just in the past 3 dats i have noticed a huge change in leaf color and they are falling pretty quick already. May have to do with how dry it has been here but still not ready for this crap!!

I mowed last night and my yard was full of leaves, fortunately the 1440 mulched them up into nothing so I didn't have to use the lawn sweeper.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
