I'm sick of snow drifts
Well I got my 1572 running again just in time to clear some snow drifts out of my driveway. Sunday we got about 3" of snow and somehow that turned into about 16+" in my driveway. I've had it with snow drifts and this winter in general.

Good thing you got it running again. I have a friend that calls Syracuse "Tundracuse" he moved to FL. From my days playing at Watkins Glen the locals said they have 2 seasons winter and the 4th of July. I feel your pain.

Makes that blower and cab worth every penny! Our snow that is left is frozen solid.

Been there. I grew up in the country. We could get a 3" snowfall and it would all end up in front of the garage in which my truck was parked and be 15"+ tall. I grew tired of getting up early so I could fire up the tractor and dig myself out before going to work in the morning.

Nope, didn't want what I got. Remember I moved south from CT to get away from this crap. You snow lovers can have my share. I'm almost 64 and I've had all the fun with snow that I can stand. Up side is I spent maybe 5 mins cleaning the neighbors drive and she brought me 2 nice steaks as a thank you.

Wow.....I don't know how you can get tired of that! With a nice cub, cab and blower with the drift cutters doing just what they are supposed to do.....I just see fun ahead, but maybe that is because I haven't had too much of that snow this year. Well, nonetheless, glad you are up and running with some quality seat time.

Got the driveway all cleaned up and I just love how this blower works in the deep snow. I sure hope some of this melts next week. It's supposed to be above freezing everyday. There's some grass under there somewhere that I hope I can mow in a few months.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
