Uh-oh, sounds like neighborhood rules or the county is checking how much impervious surface you have. I've had to deal with the later.

Around here, you can't build a detached garage with more sq footage than your house. I know of one person that finished his basement just to gain the sq footage to be able to build a bigger garage.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
