I saw a guy post on Facebook about ordering these. I don't know anything else about them, but I'm a "you get what you pay for type of person" and these are the cheapest I think I've seen. So, there is the possibility they are not too good.

Here what I learn over the years.....
-Don't waste your money on anything under 18W, they are useless!
-Each LED must be at least 3W each
-Beam 20 degree offer more powerful light then flood 60 degree
-Only the 24W+ unit offer similar performance as a 50W halogen.

Don't be fooled by spec and "imaginary" Lumens rating, most of the time they are overrated! You cannot make an omelet without breaking eggs! You need power to produce powerful light it's simple as that.

There is plenty of option but very few worth replacing your halogen bulb, the 8 x 5watt CREE XP-E LED chips Sun Setter+plus from Aero-Lites are one of those but the $75x2 price tag is simply way to much for a garden tractor!

Larsen sell 24W 8XLED hi lo and a 30W 6XLED units who may worth to give it a try if you have $60+ pocket change.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
