Default Love lifted me

The last couple of months have been real tough for me and my family. We have gone through so much with losing grandad, and to find out grandma has cancer and will not seek treatment. I had just recently graduated from nursing school which was really tough on my family as well. I could only work part time and barely kept the money coming in. I felt as if I was sinking in a boat out deep at sea. I had filled out applications for various nursing positions with little result. Everything seemed to just fall apart on me and I did not know who to turn to. Then one night I lied awake worrying about things as usual when something just hit me. I was looking at a tiny cross that the neighbor kid gave me at church a few years ago. It was on my nightstand and I picked it up. There was dust on it and I probably hadn't touched it in months. So I wiped it clean with my thumb and started to tear up.
My lord I prayed for forgiveness, prayed for the people who just don't like me and never gave me a chance. I prayed for their prosperity and health. I also thanked the lord for giving me what little I do have and the health of my three daughters and wife. After wishing all of these things I asked for help finding a job and for someone to give me a chance out there, and let me provide for my family. The next morning I was on the computer sending my resumes to different facilities. When the phone rang. It was a job offer!!!! I couldn't explain the feeling that I had at that very moment. I have been working for the last week and just love my job. Love lifted me out of the abyss. I wanted to make this post tonight because I had read many of the stories of prayer on here and give my regards to all you fine sons and daughters of the lord. You are truly loved. Thanks for reading. God bless

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
