I use 3m blue fine line tape. It make nice lines and isn't super sticky so it won't pull the paint off. I sprayed the white basecoat and let it flash for 30min and then taped it off, then I sprayed on the yellow. Basecoat can sit for 72hrs before sanding is necessary to put on more base or clear.

No, the cars not mine. I'd rather have a 57 Bel Air.

Figures, seems to be alot of people's go-to car. They are sharp no doubt! But uh take a stab at which car has a surviving driver during a head-on between a kea soul and 57 Bel Air

Well as a kid in high school with a '57 blue BelAir convert and 300 hp, I seemed to survive quite nice.
I put my heart and soul into building that car/engine.
Looking back,
wished I could re live it like "Groundhog day"
Best memories of my life.
Dirty air, clean sex, real hot rods and rock & roll music.

That looks great, I hope the rich guy from texas appreciates all the work you are putting into this project! Do you do alot of full restos? Do you print pics for the owners to see step by step what it actualy takes to do this kind of a project?

Making some more progress on this project. I got the gauge cluster assembled and wired up, I've never wired a whole car before so hopefully everything works when I'm done.
