Default Help getting my 42" Deck working on 105

I recently purchased a mower deck for my 105. I have some work I need to do before it will function, just need to figure out what parts I need. Thought I would have another month or so, but spring seems to have come early here in NC, so going to need to start mowing sooner than I thought.

Here are the thing I know I need to do:
  • Rebuild PTO (I have previously rebuilt, but did something wrong which ended in the clutch flying off and breaking all the "teeth" parts on the friction disc)
  • Get belt for mower
  • Replace Pulley on deck (Idler pulley)?
  • Need 1 shorter deck hanger (I think that's what it's called. On I have is too long and lets the deck hang down too far, the other side is the correct size).
  • Sharpen or replace blades (lowest priority)

Can anyone help me out on how to find the correct parts for this stuff? I've been looking around on http://www.ccspecialties.org some but have had a hard time determining what the correct parts are.

Here are some relevant pictures. I need help figuring out what pulley I need.

Deck Serial Number (I haven't been able to make out what the actual serial number is):

Here's a picture of the tractor as well:

the spring on the tensioner might be broken also , the deck belt is too short the idler pulley should be towards the rear a lot more

Hm, any idea where I would find that?

Based on the parts diagram, looks like that would be part #: 486 36r B1. Googling that turns up nothing for sale. Need to go out and take the cover by the pulley off to make sure that is actually the case.

Mule drive belt IH-490489-R2
deck belt IH-473468-R2
Idler pulley IH-542520-R91
Spring IH-486361-R1

I believe the idler arm, shoulder bolt and spring are available as a parts kit, may be better to go that route as you may also need those parts as well. 759-04324B

All still available from Cub Cadet Corp or your local dealer can order them for you. Or buy on line from CCC, should be big enough order there to warrant free shipping as well

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
