I remember those pictures of those rims from the IHCC site. Since I've seen those pictures, I had shied away from using Slime or any other similar product.

I also have used Caterpillar yellow - it's what I've used to paint my homemade sleeve hitch and a weight bracket I made. It looks good enough for me.

That's a good story. I love the Cat yellow. I think your tractor looks great that color. Your deck is in fantastic shape. Congrats on picture of the week.

Good for you! I've long held the belief that those products are a waste of money and can actually end up costing you more in the long run. I currently own a '73 Case 222 that the PO has rim sealed the right front tire bead on the outside. I've yet to muster the ambition to separate the tire from the rim and see what's actually going on. Making the mater even worse, the tire is the original [OEM] tire that came on the tractor. My fear is I may damage and possibly ruin the tire.

Thank you for the compliments! That's cool, I really like the color Cat Yellow too. Even though it's not IHCC yellow it still looks, I think, pretty great. However, at first I wasn't sure if I would like the color, but over a short period of time I realized the color was just right. Thanks again for the great feedback!
