Hey everyone,

I work for Gold Eagle Co (manufacturers of STA-BIL®, HEET®, Start Your Engines!®, etc). We are here to help clear up any fuel management questions you may have - so feel free to ask us questions!

Have a great day!

First, Welcome to OCC

That said, it appears as though your reason for joining is to promote your products rather than in interest in Cub Cadets. If that is the case let me warn you that we frown on that type of conduct.

Do you even own a Cub Cadet?

Better yet, become a Sponsor and you can promote your product without any problems.

Hi everyone,

I do own a Cub Cadet (Model 18M). Have owned it for about 6 years now and I'm just getting ready to put it away for the season, unfortunately.

How would we go about becoming a sponsor?

Thanks,

GoldEagle

I let Roland know that your interested in becoming a sponsor. He should be in contact with you. For what ever it's worth I use your product when I store my stuff. Beats rebuilding carbs every year.

Sam Mac,

Thanks for the help! Appreciate that you use our stuff - Cub Cadet is actually one of our OEM endorsements.

Have a great evening,

GoldEagle

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
