Default Baby Moons

OK so the youngsters might not know.

So, I like baby moons like I have on one of my Horses. Now workin' on the grandsons' Cubbie. We need a set. Of course we remove them for scheduled wheel cleanin', naturally.

Did IH have baby moons? Did CCC? Where might one find some?
Being a Jarhead, I do have Brasso of course!

I think 8"'ers from golf carts fit (?). 12 inchers, don't know.

Been looking on eBay, and elsewhere. And no, I don't want WH moons on our "new" Cub.

Will the 8" golf cart baby moons fit 8" garden tractor rims? Smooth, no logo, baby moons.

Where might one find 12" plain, stainless or chrome, baby moons that'll fit 12" garden tractor rims?

Been looking, quite awhile without success.

Lew, on Cubs site it says the fronts are NLA but the rears are still available. Are they still available at Weingartz for sure?

Thanks again Lew. P/N 734-3009 is listed for 10" wheels (I think ).

I'm looking but wonder, "Why have manufacturers done away with the hub caps?"

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
