well here are a few pic of a couple of our bikes. sad to see them as I still have them and never ride them. The ultra classic has less than 8K miles and has not be rode in 5 years or more now and the road king maybe 200 miles in the past 5 years. don't even know why I still keep them. lol could by a barn and a lot of tractors for what I have in them.

You guys are killing me. I grew up on 2 stroke street bikes. Started with a beater Yamaha 305 Big Bear Scrambler and went through a couple of RD 350's and a 400. Also had a Yamaha TX500 twin for a time. Gave the rice rockets up years ago though. I stopped riding the scoots after I moved east while I was still alive.

The OP mentions watercraft. I fish and love boats. This is a beat up Aluma-Weld 1750 bass boat with an outboard jet that I completely refurbished about 2007. I fish shallow rivers for smallmouth bass. It'll run wide open in less than 12" of water.

Lots of abuse cracks in the hull and saltwater corrosion from previous owner using it for a crabbing boat.


Nothing that couldn't be fixed with a sandblaster and a tig welder.




Add a little fabrication to customize to my needs.


Below the waterline was coated with and epoxy resin and above was coated with a bedliner like marine product. Then it was wired and carpeted. New everything from hardware to seats was added.






I ran it with a prop for a short time then had the transom raised and the jet pump added. The hull is tunneled to allow the motor to be flush with the hull. No lower unit hanging down to hit the bottom.


This was taken last season. Still looks and works pretty good for the heavy use it's had.


Just like my CUB. Not the fanciest rig around. But it's satisfying to pull up to a ramp in a truck you built yourself from frame up towing a boat you did the same with.

Nice boat!! I've never seen a jet on an OB. Very cool!!

You asked. 1988 Isuzu Trooper. I've owned these off and on since they came out. This was just going to be a cheap beater till I found the hole in the frame. 15 months later I got to drive it.


New/used rust free frame from down south. After a little work of course.

She now has 50k on her since I put here back on the road. She's towed my boat from NC to VT and west to KY + Tn. Hope to get the paint work done this year. Still a work in progress.


Did I mention she likes to play dirty.




The cool thing about rebuilding old stuff is you get to use parts and options that couldn't be gotten when these were new.

Here's a pic for those that are disappointed she's not old American iron. Sold this last year. '80 Powerwagon 383 big block, 1 ton drivetrain. sittin' on 35's.
