I've got a harness, and it puts the Go Pro on the back of his neck. Some of the video, makes you a little dizzy watching it...
Also attached it to the side of the 56 going down the highway. Those suction cup mounts, really stick.
But you are correct, the newer ones with the viewing screen, are way better. Cause without it, it's a shot in the dark, where you're actually videoing...
I had an original GoPro about 6yrs ago and you are correct about it being a shot in the dark where the camera is pointing. Just a couple degrees is the difference between a cool shot and worthless video. The one I just got can also be set to record hanging upside down, we gave it a test run last night and had it hanging upside down on the windshield and it worked really well.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
