I seriously doubt you would care for a bagger. I had that setup on a 1420 and only a 38 inch deck and was emptying it more than collecting. I splurged and bought a tow behind vac and have never looked back.

Everyone has brought up some very good points , I'm really thinking that I was going to build or buy a cart style vacuum system . I believe that would be my best bet .

You know unless you ask you end up doing a lot of trial and error to make something work , there is no need to reinvent the wheel if someone else already went through it before you !

Thanks everyone that has replied to my questions . One thing for sure is these little yellow and white tractors are addicting!
Famous last words. You've got the "fever" now, and well, it don't get any better. And there's no going back.
By the way, thanks for the pictures. Good looking SGT! I love mine with that big 60" Haban.

Thanks I feel like I got a pretty good deal on the tractor . I'm looking at the tractor and thinking there is nothing there that can't be bought new or rebuilt . I defiantly think its a lot more tractor then you get when you go to one of the big box store and purchase one of them setting in the parking lot if you know what I mean , I'm not saying that everyone should buy and old tractor to play with but it think you end up with a better appreciation of how well these tractors was built back in the day!

You know I was surprised how much that deck weighs when I took it off . Wow they spared no steel there .

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
