Default WPAGTA plow day pics

Here's some pics from today. It was a small turnout but it was still fun, we haven't had rain for weeks and the ground was hard as a rock which made for some tough plowing but the Cub's got the job done. It was mostly cubs with only one John Deere gt in site. I was a little disappointed that Deltacub didn't make it, I guess it conflicted with pottery class or a Tupperware party.

Nice pics! How well did the AMF's do pulling a plow? Pottery class was last week and the Tupperware demonstration is tomorrow....no it was a "Pure Romance Party last! Actually, I was not prepared.....seems I misplaced a couple of the critical mounting pieces. I will be ready for the spring plowday! BTW, your tractors look great as usual!

The AMF's didn't plow, they were there for the tractor pulls.

I imagine that AC/Simplicity pulled the plow very well.

Looks like you had fun!

There was a plow day not far from me today.... I missed it. Front wheels are off my plow tractor right now anyway.

Looks like the only plow in PA with a cutter disk is on a JD. You lose all yours Tim?

Nobody really uses them at plow days, they either don't have them or they took them off. I have one but don't use it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
