I think the badger is more ferocious than the wild cat. Badgers are born angry!

Yeah, between the badger, bobcat an bear, I think the badger would be my least favorite one to be messing with. But that bear up that close wouldn't be good either.

The reason they are small, is because the overall deer population is to high, and the land can not support the deer numbers, and no one let's the bucks grow. Something like 80 some % of the bucks killed in MI are 1 1/2 year old.
Dead 1 1/2 year old bucks can't get big.

Oak, that "chivy" only has 96k on her... it is a 1991 and back then they built them better! I am surprised too as it was our farm truck! It's had a hard life!! My kid can't wait till we get him back from the taxidermist!!

We just got the buck back that my son got back in November. Our taxidermist friend did an excellent job!!

Default Luck with the bow.

I had let a couple 2.5 year olds and half a dozen 1.5's go so far this year. Then this guy presented himself Saturday morning. Score another buck for my old Mathews Outback. My neighbor even stopped to help me out with his NH tractor.

Very nice! You get a rough score on him yet? I love Mathews and also have an outback ill never get rid of, have 4 different Mathews when they were still Mathews and solocam/ solid limbs. That is a very nice symmetrical buck, nice mass and width. My outback been a killing machine for me too when still had places to hunt

Thanks guys. No official measurements yet. Took the cape/head to a taxidermist tonight. He looked at it for less than 30 seconds without a tape measure and said 142. Then he told me the cost of mounts.....

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
