I don't know if this will help or not, but I've seen guys take a piece of thick rubber (old car tire, horse stall mat, etc) and bolt that to the back of their deck instead of messing with installing rollers. To take it to what you're looking to do, you could simply bolt a piece of rubber to a piece of angle iron, then attach it to your rear lift. Violla! Stripped yard and you wouldn't have to worry about turning, digging in, it'd raise when you raise the deck, etc. Simple, cheap, and effective. Just a thought

I do like cheap and easy, but I was looking into a 3 point hitch for the tractor anyway and I would make it so it would be able to be unattached so I can use the 3 point for other things around the yard/projects. I do like that idea though

Didn't know that stripes are that important? As long as my lawn is trimmed & neat, I give a rats arse about stripes.
& care less what people think. Each to its own I guess. NIK,

X2. I'd back over the roller thingey and either throw it and break something, or break something, then throw it, and then break something again.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
