Joining just to sell
This site seems to get a decent amount of people who join just to make 1 post in the for sale section and i wondered if you guys have considered putting a 50 post lock on the for sale section? Alot of forums have a post requirement before you can post for sale ads to ensure the site doesnt have a ton of 1 time user. Just a thought

This has been discussed before. Two lines of thought
1) Leave them post up items for sale so a true cub enthusiast will purchase the item 2) Minimum post counts open the chance the item will go onto craigslist or the scrap yard. Maybe even purchased to be parted out. |

Yeah, we have discussed it. Jeff mirrors our thoughts.
Also, with a minimum count, they could be also loading us up with crap until they reach the target number. This way the pain is over and done in one and our members can take advantage of their sale.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
