Lew, nice '62! I had a beautiful restored '62 Falcon as well. This was the first and last of the "bubble" top. Mine was lowered, painted PPG Orange, sported a 5.0 Mustang engine with two bbl carb, a Ford 9" rear axle, battery in trunk, custom front seats, auto trans with Hurst shift package. Vac wipers, pull-out choke, original transistor radio, and that awesomeness which this car platform was made that began the '64 Ford Mustangs!

However, my first car at the age of 15 was a nice '79 Official Pace Car Ford Mustang Cobra!

Todd, that's is really neat information, and a cool picture. I wish I could say that I remember buying McD's that cheap, but it was about 17 years too early

Thank you johncub7172.
It is a 63 though, the grill is different on a 62. My Dad had 4 of them at one time.
Then came the Grand Prix SJ, a white and a green one.

Yea, your Falcon being a convertible, threw me off. In the movie "what's eating Gilbert Grape, his mom has a 62 Falcon, lol! Its white though.

Lew, my GP was a '77. Last year for the big frame/body. 301 for an engine, triple black with gold pin striping, the "oh sh*t handle on the glove box, pointed rear window, I had a bumper to bumper suspension and carpet replacement, and a set of solid chrome crager rims! Power everything. My friend had the one with the 400 engine and T-tops, though.

Oh, then there was the 72 Chevy 4x4 I,..... never mind!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
