It wasn't built by IH, but rather CCC/MTD.

I think its 1985 Cleveland (MTD) with 44" deck but I`m not saying it`s worth less because of that...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
