What a great video!! The stairs wouldn't be near as fun as the raft. Those boys are probably engineers today.

Wow...very interesting!! I have an O but no fenders for it. I was wondering where I could possibly mount the rear tail light that I have for it, but after watching the video and seeing it mounted on the seat spring.....now I have an idea how to mount the tail light without spending $$$ on fenders and a fender pan. Thanks for posting that for us!!

Making boys into men
I love the smiles the boys had riding those tractors. That "O" with the raft is how boys become men. I'd like to meet the one who came up with the raft design. I thought for a minute that the "O" was going to get loose and float away. I could see some old farmer down stream working the field when this things goes floating past him:biggrin2.gif: Makes me wish I was young again That "O" sure had some nice options on it. Wonder if it's still around. Hey, that's what we need..."Tractor Camp" for kids Thanks for sharing a great video!

I'm glad everyone is enjoying this video :biggrin2.gif:
Check out the camps website....I'm not affiliated with them at all, but it sounds like an awesome place to visit. I think I still see the red tractor "barge" in one of their albums..lol http://www.zoominternet.net/~chickas...w/Welcome.html Jeff (teet)

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
