Hydraulic question
I bought a John Deere h2 valve off eBay so I can have dual hydraulics on my 1811, for $65 and free shipping I could hardly pass it up. The way it's setup right now it's exiting through the power beyond part but I would like to plug it and use the out port at the bottom, is there any reason I can't plug the power beyond port and use the out port?. Since I don't know alot about these valves can someone tell me if one of the ports has built in float?

Tim, I would say looking at the port on the right of that pic is the one that has the float by seeing how much longer the cap on the bottom is. Sorry, I'm not sure on plugging it.
ya beat me J. How many fittings does that have? I only see 6.

I have that same valve on my 100. I have the return line plumbed to the power beyond port. That way, when the valve is centered, there is no pressure on the pressure line and no load on the pump.
