Coming along nicely! Bet you can't wait to move in. Is the foundation a full basement or crawl space?

Its a 4ft crawl space. No I cant wait to move in! Hooking up gas line today and firing up furnace, nyseg said they were waiting for dig safe ny to come make sure there are no burried lines, digsafe ny says they dont even have a work order from nyseg so it can take 2 weeks for digsafe and then nyseg said could be another 2weeks after they get report, its single digits here and below 0 at night, worst part is trying to keep fresh water in tank from freezing up.

I think you'll like the modular, I've had no issues to speak of after 20 years. So, did they dump a whole load of gravel where the crane set up? Yeah that took a little work to get gravels out of my front yard. Easier than fixing windows though!

It looks built well, not happy with the guy we bought from. We are still in camper because he screwed the pooch and now everything is froze up. All the gravel they put down for crane was supposed to be dug back up for back fill and they let it freeze and now he has to buy dirt and acts like I should appreciate him buying it! I told him if his guys did the job I paid for it would have been done weeks ago! NYSEG put pole in yesterday so now I am just waitinv for a walk through with him, code guy and woman from bank. Should be moving in monday I hope!

Look on the bright side, at least you're not living with the inlaws!

We call them the outlaws in our family.
When they set our modular home it was a cold winter -28 one night and the ground was already frozen. We had to line the basement footings with bales of hay to keep it from heaving before they set it.

Years ago I did button up work for a modular home company. Those houses are very well built. If you're gonna put a house on a trailer and drive it over the road it's gotta be put together well. You're gonna be happy when you get in. Congrats.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
