Like him or not, Jon is a wealth of knowledge even though his delivery of said knowledge isn't always the most polished. Merry Christmas Jon!

There were many times when it was beyond "straight and to the point".

Try answering the same simple question a couple of thousand times and see if you are as cordial on the 2000th one as you were on the first one.
I doubt it.

Now I know how the Temptations felt when they got rid of David Ruffin.

Jon is a wealth of knowledge and is missed. I miss Jon's post.

For those who think Jon is a bully.... Grow up!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't see any bullying in Jon's post.

Terry C. post is spot on. Worth posting again. Here it is:

The site admin not only allowed his bullying behavior but enabled it.
samckit and bill682- just how old are you????

How would you handle this?????
You are ask the same question and over and over or get someone that starts several topics on the same problem and they won't listen to your suggestions.

I've use to be a moderator of this site. It is not an easy job.

samckit and bill682-there is no one forcing you to be on this site.

If you're bored with the question than don't answer. No need to put a member down for asking, especially a new member.

Especially when you are a moderator! of whom is an appointed representative of the forum.

But hey, some people refuse to see it that way and would rather call you out and ask "how old are you" or "grow up" etc.

Those types are the ones that enable the unprofessional behavior to continue.

Which is a issue that has been dealt with several times unsuccessfully or unwillingly.

this post and perhaps the entire thread will go poof in one, two, three.........

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
