Never cared for facebook
I guess Facebook market place is where to go for used Cub Cadet parts. Never knew this as it must have been the unspoken word around here! Guess I'm going to have to check it out.

I've gotten a few parts orders from FB and I'm not on it either.
I've also gotten cell phone calls for parts and not that many people have my cell number |

Yea, Jeff, I was wondering about the marketplace. With FB being anti-gun, and the fact that I don't care to spend that time on such a site, I will say I was happy with all the Cub Cadet related items that came up for sale. Hey, if it works for you, all the more sales to you! I just never knew about it until today.

IMHO, the Cab Cadet sites on FB are the equivalent to the TV version of "The View". A whole bunch of cackling going on there. I have also heard some horror stories of "questionable transactions". Proceed with caution would be my suggestion.

I hear stuff from others about the facebook "rooms" or whatever there called, didn't do much for me, and couldn't find what I was looking for anyway... But that doesn't mean it wasn't there, could be operator error.

Facebook isn't all that bad, the marketplace as they call it, at least near me is sometimes really populated with cub stuff for sale. That being said, everyone usually wants too much for basically junk. The cub groups on there are shaky at best IMO. But if you are patient sometimes you can find good deals on stuff. Just like Craigslist. I picked up a 3 point brinly plow just yesterday for 50 bucks. It's rough but functional. Take it with a grain of salt just like any other internet marketing.

Yes that's where all the people and info on parts are. Groups and groups, county after country of for sale stuff. The only 1 i follow is a GT pulling parts group. Hated to have to go there but that is where all my pulling friends and different clubs info is at. Mike

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
