Default Weekend with Jack

This weekend was the grandson Jack's turn to come up for a visit. He's only four, so there was no tractor driving like his older sister Berkley. But he had fun just sitting on the tractors, and doing some fishing.
Caught a couple blue gills and sun fish. A good time was had by all.

I hope you're right Allen. I would have let him drive one of the gear tractors, but they are stuffed back in the corner of the shed. The hydros are a tad touchy for the little feller

Grandpa Todd, good to see the Grandkids enjoying some Cub time.

Here is my Grandson about 6 years ago. He is now eight, can climb on the 784, start it up and navigate all around the yard.

Then I have this cousin....

Nice. My nephew is 3 going on 4 and all he does is glance at my CC. I ask him "do you want to sit up there?" and he goes "nope" then runs away.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
