New rear treads on my 149 with FEL
Picked up some Duro 10.5's with rims at the Portland Tri-State Small Engine Show and finally got some time to put them on. Loaded them first with washing fluid. Because of the offset rims, they gave the tractor a wider stance which will give the tractor a little bit more stability, but they are still narrower than the bucket on the loader. The PO bent the frame to fit the 3 point, which is no longer operational so it may find a new cub to reside on. Here are some pics!

Thanks guys!!! Jonathan (and all), I changed jobs and along the way, got assigned additional duties. Enough to be considered what they officially call, "double overload". I have no time to even mow my yard, let alone have some cubbin' time. Sorry.....my fiancée or perhaps I should say "finance" has been wanting to become Mrs. Maxwell and we both want children, but my profession is in the way. I have even had to turn down other work for better money, but I won't do that since my new supervisors have put so much trust in me. I miss OCC and wish I had more time to check out more, but it just is not in the cards right now.
Thanks everyone who checked out my ride. I am going to paint up my wheel weights if I can before winter sets in. Hope everyone is doing well and getting ready for winter. I laugh when I think about that. I have a whole shed filled with snow blades and don't even have time to put one on a cub!! Maybe winter will wait for me.....ya think? Cub Cadet 123

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
