Default What is this? Jiffy Balling????
Found this on C-List. Listed with other CC attachments..... painted white, looks like it goes with the rest of the stuff the guy has for sale.... but don't know what it is. At first I thought it was a Jiffy Balling sickle, but the driver is totally different. It may still be, just a different model, maybe it's not for a CC. The drive pulley is in the wrong spot for it to fit a CC, but it is also obviously missing some parts.

Anyone?

I have seen these in pictures only. Looks different than the one you show. The one in your pictures looks to be modified with that angle brace going forward on the right side.

Wonder if could be from a Gravely or David Bradley walk behind unit?

Could be for a Gravely. I'll dig into that a little more. All the Gravely's usually have a cast iron tube though. If it's a Jiffy, it's not for a CC I don't think. Look at the driver, they are totally different between the pics on cubcadetman and the one I posted.

In all the searching I've done, it looks the most similar to one mounted to a Wheel Horse.... but it's still different.



I have the chance to buy it, but my bro will have to drive 3 hours to pick it up, then ship it to me. I really want to know what it is before I go to that much trouble...... and $$.

It's definitely not homemade. Modified perhaps, but it's a production piece.

Not having any luck finding any info about those Lew.
