Anyone have a Cub Cadet 10 cu. plastic dump cart?
Hello everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has the 10 cu. cub cadet plastic dump cart, and how they like it. I ve heard mixed reviews from people who dont even own them that just think they look junky and cheap. I got one thrown into my gt3200 series purchase deal and would like some real feedback from owners of the carts. Please help, hope they arent junk! |

I'm sure most of us here would prefer the metal cart that would look more correct for a vintage tractor, but for everyday use the polycart looks fine. Just be careful not to overload it....and if you live in a hot climate don't leave heavy stuff in it in the hot sun. It looks like all the undercarraige is metal, so it is better than the Rubbermaid cart I used to have..
Best part is that the pan won't rust... and the price was right!

good news!!!
Hello and thanks for your reply truckntran. GOOD NEWS!! I GET MY GT3200 AND DUMP CART TOMOROW!!! I guess not to many people actually have those carts. I like it because its not gonna get rusted, and yes it does seem to be built strong. I was just wondering because i had some j.d. salesman tell me that cub cadets are mtd tractors and are low quality, which i dont believe. Also he said those carts are cheap, and junky china crap. But then i looked at j.d. attachment list and they have almost the exact same cart, only difference is the green color. I think it will be just fine! Thanx again for your input. Its always nice to hear positive feedback!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
