Default 782

When we moved to Alaska (again), I had to let my 782 go. But, it went to a friend, that uses it around the yard, garden and body shop. Sure nice to see another one "refreshed".

Thanks again everyone.
Tom, I don't know what's the first thing it's going to be doing. I just couldn't stand the paint that was on it. White specks all over it, and as I mentioned in a earlier post, the PO tried to remove it with something like a SOS pad, or steel wool.
"If" that wasn't the case, I'd of just fixed what was needing it, and kept using it that way, but I couldn't just leave it alone.
So to answer your question, we'll have to wait and see.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
