Let's See How You Get Your Cub Snow Ready?
Here is a picture of my 123 with some of its winter attire. Still need to mount my soft cab and chains (maybe??) on it. I ran it tonight for the first time in almost a year and had to put a cap full of fuel injector cleaner in the tank to get the lines cleaned out. After she fired up, I noticed it was a little stiff in the joints until I ran it around the yard some......Now let's see your cub with its snow shoes on!!!

Looks like we're running the same tread JaysNJCub127!!! Can't beat a winning strategy.
Great action photos Wild Bill. Two quick questions: 1) Why do you have your front ags mounted backwards? I have a set of front narrow ags that I haven't had mounted yet and I was wondering if there was a reason for mounting them backard. 2) Do you ever load your bucket up with salt? I have thought about mounting a salt spreader on back but didn't know what that would do to my tires. Cub Cadet 123 |

Thanks, I think you need a red one to. I think everybody should have at least one maybe two. This one won't be the last, I hope the next one is bigger and has a 9 in the model number. I also run my front ags backwards to plow also. They work much better that way.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
