Tie yourself to a Cub, that should be a sufficient anchor. Good luck Alvy.

Thank you friends. Yeah, coming up through the middle it seems to give us yet another enima but feeling for our south coast friends. Last bad one was Charlie in 04 and I lost power for 2 weeks, sustained at 80 mph gusts over 100 but it was fast. Just hoping it shifts some more but none the less things have been crazy around here. Stay safe Floridians.

I would think that I would like to do just that but the roads are packed and there's no gas my good man. Can't risk getting my family stuck on 75 or 95. Plus being in the biz that I am, the products flying off the shelves, people need drugs, food, etc, trying to do my part means I've been insanely busy at work. The weather guessers as Sam calls them and I agree with his nickname, have changed the path and have talked about it until they're blue in the face. Honestly I'm just over it, come get me Irma. We some how have guys that fly inside the damn things and record data and take video and pictures, wth? They should drop a bomb inside the stupid thing and end it. My .02

Stay safe, play it smart. Sounds like you have been through this before. Hope your generator, chainsaw, flashlights, fuel and food supply are good to go. Just in case you are out of power for a while, be sure to at least log in on your phone to let us know how you are. Prayers for all in its path.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
