7194 3 cyl Mitsuhbushi runs against govonor will not idle
Got a 3 cyl Mitshubishi diesel engine that will not idle. It runs up against governor . Was told someone had the side plates off the injection pump. seems like something is stuck or out of adjustment in pump. Any thoughts would be great.
