I may have missed it but is the radiator new or has the old one been sent to a radiator shop to have it rodded out?

i wasn't around when they popped the freeze plugs out so i didn't get to see the inside, i was told it didn't look bad but you really cant see everything through 2 holes. the rad was brand new.
