An 1864 is actually a really nice machine. I would pull the heads and check it out before I parted if out. I see a valve train kit is $29.05 plus you would need head and valve cover gaskets. The valve train kit has rockers, rocker pivots, rocker bolts and pushrods. I don't remember how many I had to order, but the picture shows enough for the whole engine.

You could even straighten the push rods to get it running so you can make a decision about spending anything on it. They will bend again, so don't run it long.
