Both are the same frame, so engine mounting plate is the same. You will have to take the muffler and driveshaft from the 2145 to the 2155. Choke and throttle controls show different part numbers, so there is likely a different cable length to contend with. Might be lucky that the longer one is on the 2155.... if not, then that will be an issue.

All in all, it looks like there could be issues. I just checked the main ones. Probably best to park them side by side, pull the hoods and side panels and compare. I am going to doubt anyone on here has done the swap. (Someone could surprise me though.) Onan engines aren't the better between the two.
