check your battery to make sure you are getting 12 volts to the coil, shut the fuel bowl off and spray a little starter fluid in the carb neck (a little = 2-3 short squirts) when you turn her over after that you should get her to run for a few seconds, it will fire up and run but then die off quickly. If you cant get her to run off starter fluid for a short burst than it is probbably either an ignition problem or the previously mentioned valve problem. keep us updated.
