There I was, 1/4mile from my hunting area & there he was. From my car window.
Saw him 3 more X but could not get a shot that I was satisfied with.
Didn't want to take a chance with not having that sure-100% shot.
So what do I do? I made it a point it was him & only him to take. Passed up 20/30 doe's, smaller (basket type) bucks but was determined to go home with him.
As it worked out I went home meatless, boy was the wife pee'd off. She warned me NEVER EVER do this again.
