Especially the point of CEOs and bonuses. I'm a small manufacturer and deal with some of those folks. Luckily, some of the smarter folks at Harley bought them away from AMF and probably saved the company in the process. I can't complain about the small Briggs engines on walking mowers. They used to be pretty solid little motors. I don't know much about the newer stuff. CEOs are more concerned about Wall Street perception than they are about Main Street reality.
