1200 Purchase question
Looking for advice on a price for a 1200. Found one from a farmer who collects cubs, but never got around to restoring them. Anyways he has several for sale and the 1200 I am interested in buying. He is asking $500 for the 1200. He stated he gave that much for it, and just put a new clutch in it. The body is in perfect condition, I drove it seems to be solid, no engine issues. Only problem I found was, that it needs new front tires and a bearing in the deck is bad. Is $500 a fair price? I have two cubs but this will be my first wide frame and wasn't sure on the price of them. Thanks for any advice. Sorry no pics yet,
