I hunted around and found the parts break down.
Looks like a lot of cheap parts. Window regulators for steering controls. I'd say that one of those cheap parts broke. You either need to get to the steering mechanism on the underside or take it to a dealer. Good luck getting service though because you got it at HD. I'm sure if you go the fix it yourself route you'll find the answer quickly when you dig in a little. Sorry, can't be of much more help than that.
