Mike don't panic yet, this is a know problem on those cheap HF Mig, some guys came with solution but don't expect that machine to weld like your Lincoln but they are good enough for a quick fix (Read Emergency repair)

There is a HF section on WW I suggest you do some research there first and after you spend few box to fix it, drop that POS on CL
