Decided to post this info in the tiller thread. The NAPA pulleys, part # 7-05212 , are deeper and wider than the original (NF) pulleys.
Original NF pulleys .460 wide and .520 deep
NAPA pulleys .563 wide and .550 deep
The person who let me know about the NAPA tiller belt for the NF ( AX-144 ) told me to use those pulleys to keep the long tiller belt in place.
It worked great for me and haven't had any issues at all using the factory belt on my mower deck.
