1325 Pto not engaging

My 1325 will not engage the PTO. Looking at the PTO there is a spring hanging down. I think it should connect to a pulley that puts tension on the belt to turn the blades. Does anyone know how and where that spring attaches to the pulley?

Maybe if you post a pic of the spring and PTO someone may be able to help.
