Anzac Day
Anzac Day 25/4/2014 a day we celebrate in Australia and New Zealand for our fallen soldiers , commenced back in 1915 to commemorate the Diggers who fought so valiantly at Gallipoli and now for all our men and women who have or do serve in the Armed Forces.
Anzac means Australian and New Zealand Army Corps some of the best and bravest soldiers in the world Lest we Forget Oz |

Well tomorrow is the 100 year anniversary of the landing at Gallipolli in Turkey , where the Anzac forces went up against the firmly entrenched Turkish forces
This is a most celebrated day in Australia and in Turkey. Also at many places on the Western Front in Europe As an aside at many battles on the Western Front the American forces were under Australian control , this fact I only recently heard Lest we Forget Oz |
