Hmmm,, how do you locate parts accurately,, when the corners are not square?

CADDrag is a possibility,,, :bigthink:

PROGRESS!! 42 holes are drilled,,, :biggrin2:

Mark centerline of work table at bottom.

Mark height and draw line/clamp piece at top. Mark center line on top.

Measure from top center to specific distance on bottom edge. ( if the part being fabricated is 42" wide, measure 21" off each side of centerline) Both sides should be the same measurement.

That is kinda what I did,, the parts turned out nice,,
more welding than I was expecting,, or was it because it was 90 degrees when I was welding??

At least the paint is drying nicely with the 90 degree heat!! :biggrin2:

The old trailer ended up getting the over-spray,,,so I just finished the paint on the trailer,,,

Well,, the paint went on kinda thick,, and will take another day or two to harden,,
I ordered bolts from Amazon, they will be here in a day or two,,
I doubt the wind will blow this picnic table away!!?? :bigthink:

I am planning on using the plastic decking wood,,
Do you think I will like that material?

You may need to add some support on the outside of the seat, you may find that the plastic decking is a bit flimsy where it's not supported.
