Finished up the new body for the Trx-4. It's a 72 Chevrolet. Sure looks way better than that thing it came with, and a whole bunch lighter.
Made a new rear bumper mount to bring it up and in. And made some side extensions to close in the gap between the rock sliders and body.

Had the TRX 4 out on the dirt piles behind the house. Thing climbs them pretty darn good.:beerchug:

I went waist deep into the crawlers over the winter. Fun "hobby".:biggrin2:
Started out last year with the Traxxas TRX4 Defender. Then added the Vaterra Ascender, then the RC4WD Trail Finder 2 (Marlin Crawler addition) then last the Traxxas TRX4 Bronco.
I put a driver in the RC4WD.:biggrin2: Full interior. Building one for the others.:biggrin2:

Just picked up a LOSI 1/8 scale Nitro Truggy for the grandson to learn on.... I guess I will play with it too!!! Will post some pics later...

Just couldn't resist the Bronco could you?:biggrin2: It is a sweet liking machine and I'd love to have one, I've also had my eye on a trailfinder 2 kit for a while now. I had an original trailfinder that I built about 7yrs ago and if I can find some pics when I get home I will post them up. Now you need to add a Tamiya Bruiser to your collection.

I don't think I need another one. I've still got the old Traxxas Stampede, and the Slash 4x4, which is stupid fast on the 5000mAh 11.1v 3-Cell 25C LiPo.:beerchug: Got it sitting on street tires, and it's a handful on the blacktop.
Also got this old Tamiya stadium truck from years ago I put the chevy body on.
Grandkids love it.
